Thirty-three builds, from five-region Shopify operations to multi-tenant Laravel applications and government-compliant file generators. Each one is written up as a case study: the problem, what I built, the stack, and why that stack.
Client work is marked as such. Concept projects are labelled honestly rather than passed off as commissions.
DeckoSKU, Warehouse SKU Catalogue
A warehouse SKU catalogue for DECKO covering 102 SKUs across 7 product categories. Live search across SKU codes, GTIN/EAN, internal barcodes, and product names, pulling dimensions and photos from a master workbook, with barcode scan, label printing, and CSV export.
EarlyBird, Next.js App (Vercel + Supabase)
A minimalist waitlist application built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, deployed on Vercel. A single-purpose signup page with privacy-first data handling: emails stored in one Supabase row with row-level security, hashed IPs for spam control.
MCGI Brunei, Worship Service Attendance System
A worship service attendance system for MCGI Brunei with Zoom integration, tracking 55,000+ attendance records across multiple service types. Handles live vs replay services, local vs Zoom hookup, on-time and late status, group management, and scheduling.
AgriBooks, Farm Financial Management System
A farm financial and crop management system that tracks revenue, expenses, and profit per land and crop cycle. Built for sugarcane and pineapple operations, with partner profit-sharing, expense breakdowns, and 12-month financial charts.
LedgerLine, Laravel Accounting App
A web-based accounting system built for a US CPA firm, developed in Laravel with Livewire for reactive interfaces and Google OAuth sign-in. Built to handle a professional accounting practice's bookkeeping and client financials.
BoardHub, Boarding House Management System
A complete PHP boarding house and dormitory management system with a tenant portal, automated billing, utility tracking, QR payments, contracts, reports, and multi-role access.
MaternaTrack, Maternal Health Monitoring System
A maternal health monitoring system for Philippine healthcare facilities with automated risk classification, SMS alerts, DOH-aligned reports, prenatal tracking, and multi-tenant support. Built with PHP and MySQL.
Payroll & HRIS, Multi-Tenant Laravel App
A multi-tenant payroll and HRIS application built with Laravel, using subdomain-based tenancy so each company gets an isolated workspace for employees, payroll runs, and HR records.
TaxPilot PH BIR-Compliant DAT File Generator
TaxPilot PH converts Excel and CSV files into BIR-compliant SLSP, QAP, SAWT, and MAP .DAT files in seconds. A multi-tenant SaaS built for Philippine accountants, bookkeepers, and SMEs.
What the work has in common
Most of these started the same way: a process running on spreadsheets, shared inboxes, or software that almost fit. The interesting part is rarely the code, it is deciding what the system actually needs to model.
The Laravel and PHP builds are the deepest: multi-tenant payroll, accounting for a US CPA firm, and a BIR-compliant file generator that had to match a government spec exactly.
The Shopify work is the widest: five DECKO storefronts across Australia, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand and the US, plus full store builds and custom landing pages written in Liquid instead of rented from apps.
