Thirty-three builds, from five-region Shopify operations to multi-tenant Laravel applications and government-compliant file generators. Each one is written up as a case study: the problem, what I built, the stack, and why that stack.
Client work is marked as such. Concept projects are labelled honestly rather than passed off as commissions.
EarlyBird, Next.js App (Vercel + Supabase)
A minimalist waitlist application built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, deployed on Vercel. A single-purpose signup page with privacy-first data handling: emails stored in one Supabase row with row-level security, hashed IPs for spam control.
DeckoSKU, Warehouse SKU Catalogue
A warehouse SKU catalogue for DECKO covering 102 SKUs across 7 product categories. Live search across SKU codes, GTIN/EAN, internal barcodes, and product names, pulling dimensions and photos from a master workbook, with barcode scan, label printing, and CSV export.
DECKO Referrals / Affiliate Page, Shopify (AU)
An affiliate recruitment landing page for DECKO Australia, powered by UpPromote. Affiliates earn 7% commission per sale with a 3% customer discount, 30-day cookie window, and monthly payouts, with a live earnings calculator and full registration flow.
LedgerLine, Laravel Accounting App
A web-based accounting system built for a US CPA firm, developed in Laravel with Livewire for reactive interfaces and Google OAuth sign-in. Built to handle a professional accounting practice's bookkeeping and client financials.
AgriBooks, Farm Financial Management System
A farm financial and crop management system that tracks revenue, expenses, and profit per land and crop cycle. Built for sugarcane and pineapple operations, with partner profit-sharing, expense breakdowns, and 12-month financial charts.
MCGI Brunei, Worship Service Attendance System
A worship service attendance system for MCGI Brunei with Zoom integration, tracking 55,000+ attendance records across multiple service types. Handles live vs replay services, local vs Zoom hookup, on-time and late status, group management, and scheduling.
GHL Lead-Capture Pipelines & Automation (Client Work)
GoHighLevel management for client landing pages: building lead-capture pipelines that pull enquiries off funnels and landing pages, then notify the business owner instantly on every new signup so no lead is missed.
Linkup Advanced Scaffolding, GHL Funnel & Automation (AU)
A GoHighLevel funnel and lead-automation build for Link Up Advanced Scaffolding, serving Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast. A founder-video landing page with a multi-field quote form that feeds a GHL pipeline and notifies the owner the moment a lead signs up.
Borgs Roofing, WordPress Website (AU)
A high-converting lead-generation website for Borg's Roof Tiling, a Melbourne roof restoration business. Built around one goal: turn local search into booked quotes, with an above-the-fold quote form, cost-of-waiting messaging, recent-jobs gallery, service-area map, and FAQ.
What the work has in common
Most of these started the same way: a process running on spreadsheets, shared inboxes, or software that almost fit. The interesting part is rarely the code, it is deciding what the system actually needs to model.
The Laravel and PHP builds are the deepest: multi-tenant payroll, accounting for a US CPA firm, and a BIR-compliant file generator that had to match a government spec exactly.
The Shopify work is the widest: five DECKO storefronts across Australia, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand and the US, plus full store builds and custom landing pages written in Liquid instead of rented from apps.
