Landing page
Summit Roofing Co. (Landing Page)
High-converting lead generation landing page for a premium Austin-based roofing contractor. Built with a rugged, trustworthy design system to capture homeowner leads through clear CTAs, social proof, service breakdowns, and a streamlined estimate request form.
A complete homeowner-to-quote funnel in one page, built as a concept project for a premium roofing contractor.
The problem
Contractor sites usually look cheaper than the work. A crew charging premium rates loses bids to a competitor with a better website, because the homeowner has no other way to judge quality before the estimate.
What I built
A rugged hero. Setting the tone in the first screen, because that is where the premium-or-not judgement is made.
Scannable services. Nobody reads a contractor site. They scan it, so the structure has to survive scanning.
Trust signals before the ask. Positioned ahead of the form rather than after it.
A project-detail capture form. Ending the page on a form that collects enough to price or triage, not just a name and email.
The stack
React with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion, built on Lovable.
A note on this one
This is a concept project rather than client work. It exists to demonstrate the funnel structure and the design standard. For the same approach on a live site with real traffic, see Borg’s Roof Tiling and Showtime Pools.
