What I built

A cost-of-waiting hook. The page leads with the $35k replacement figure, which reframes a restoration quote from an expense into the cheaper of two options.

An above-the-fold quote form. No scrolling, no hunting for a phone number. On mobile, where most of this traffic arrives, the form is the first thing in reach.

Trust signals stated plainly. Fourteen-plus years, a ten-year warranty, fully insured, 24-hour quote turnaround. Tradie buyers scan for exactly these four things.

A recent-jobs photo grid. Real roofs, not stock imagery. In trades, photographic proof of finished work outperforms any amount of copy.

A service-radius map. Melbourne plus 90km, so a visitor answers the are-you-near-me question without contacting anyone.

An FAQ built from real objections. Why restore instead of replace, what the warranty covers, which paint brand, how insurance jobs work.

The stack

Custom WordPress theme in PHP with a bold dark design, no page builder. Forms wired directly to the owner so an enquiry does not sit in a plugin dashboard nobody checks. Mobile-first, because a homeowner photographing a ceiling stain is holding a phone.

Why it converts

Every element answers a question the buyer already has: what does waiting cost, do you cover my suburb, have you done this before, what if it goes wrong. Nothing on the page exists to look impressive.
