Stages that match how you actually sell, not the default template. Automation attached to stage changes so follow-up happens without anyone remembering.

Workflows and follow-up

Speed-to-lead SMS and email, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, review requests and long-term nurture. Most closed deals come from follow-up nobody was doing manually.

Availability, buffers, round-robin routing, confirmations and reminders, connected to the pipeline so a booking moves the opportunity.

Webhooks in and out, connecting GHL to your website, your ecommerce platform or your accounting system. I built a GoHighLevel webhook into a WordPress affiliate flow for Showtime Pools.

The advantage of hiring a developer for GHL

Most GHL specialists work inside GHL. When the job needs a custom form on your own site posting to a GHL webhook, or a two-way sync with a system GHL has no native connector for, that is where they stop.

I write the code on both ends. Custom HTML and JavaScript in funnels, webhook receivers on your server, API calls in either direction.

What this costs

My rate is $10 per hour. Account setup or a funnel build is usually fixed price. Ongoing changes run as a monthly block. You keep your own GHL subscription, billed directly to you.

Do you provide the GHL account?
No, you keep your own subscription in your own name. I work inside it with the access you grant.

Can you fix an account someone else set up?
Yes, and that is most of this work. I audit what exists and tell you what is worth keeping.

Can you migrate from another CRM?
Yes. Contacts, pipelines and history, mapped and dry-run before the real import.

Will you connect GHL to my website?
Yes, in both directions. See API and integrations.

Do you do the copy as well?
I will write functional funnel copy. For a full campaign voice you are better off with a specialist copywriter, and I will say so rather than charge you for it.
