Deeve Beauty is a multi-market Shopify store built for a clean beauty and skincare brand, serving three countries from a single storefront.
The problem
Selling into the Philippines, United States and Australia from one Shopify store means currency, shipping and content all have to adapt without maintaining three separate builds. The usual shortcut is hardcoding country-specific text into the theme, which quietly becomes unmaintainable the moment anything changes.
What I built
Single store, three markets. Philippines, United States and Australia served from one storefront using Shopify markets rather than duplicate stores.
No hardcoded content. Every market-variable string is configurable rather than baked into the template, so a copy change does not require a developer.
A clean beauty theme treatment. Restrained design appropriate to skincare, where clinical credibility sells better than decoration.
Full ecommerce functionality. Collections, product pages, cart and checkout working across all three markets.
The stack
Shopify on the Refresh theme with Liquid customisation. Multi-market from one store is the right architecture at this scale. The five-store DECKO setup is the alternative, and it is only worth the overhead when catalogues genuinely diverge.
