The problem
A business generating more leads than it can call needs to know which ones to call first. Manual triage means the newest lead gets attention rather than the best one, and reply drafting is the slowest part of following up.
What I built
Automatic lead scoring. Ranking incoming leads so the sales effort goes where it is most likely to pay.
Smart reply suggestions. Drafted responses the user edits and sends, which removes the blank-page delay that makes follow-up slow.
Pipeline tracking. Stage-based progress so nothing sits unattended.
The stack
PHP with an OpenAI API integration. Worth being clear about where the model earns its place: scoring and drafting are genuinely messy, judgement-shaped tasks. The pipeline mechanics underneath are plain deterministic code, because rules are cheaper and more reliable than a model for anything with a definite answer.
