What is available

The systems in the shop come from real projects, not tutorial code. BoardHub handles boarding house and dormitory operations: tenant records and portal, automated rent and utility billing, QR-based payments, digital contracts, occupancy and financial reports, and role-based access. Others cover accounting, payroll and HRIS, and inventory.

All built in PHP with MySQL and a Tailwind interface. Readable code with real structure, because you or your developer will need to change it.

What you actually get

The complete source. Every file. No obfuscation, no encoded includes, no phoning home to check a licence.

The database schema. Migrations or SQL, with indexes and foreign keys already in place.

Installation instructions. Requirements, configuration and setup steps written for someone who has not seen the codebase.

Permission to modify it. Rebrand it, extend it, use it for your own client. It is yours.

Why buy source code instead of SaaS

You own it. No monthly fee that rises, no vendor deciding to sunset the product, no export tool that loses half your data.

Your data stays on your server. Which matters for tenant records, payroll and patient data, and sometimes for compliance.

It is changeable. SaaS gives you the features the vendor prioritised. Source code gives you the feature you actually need, next week.

The honest counterpoint: you are responsible for hosting, updates and security. If you do not want that, buy SaaS, or take maintenance and hosting and let me handle it.

What this costs

Scripts are priced individually in the shop. Customisation, installation and extension work is $14 per hour, or fixed price once the scope is clear.

Can you install it for me?
Yes, including the server. See hosting and infrastructure.

Can you customise it before I get it?
Yes. Branding, extra fields, changed workflows or a new module. Quoted fixed price once I know the scope.

Can I resell it or use it for clients?
Use it for your own business or your client work. Reselling the source itself as a competing product is not permitted.

What do I need to run it?
PHP 8, MySQL or MariaDB, and standard shared hosting or a small VPS. Nothing exotic.

Do I get updates?
You get the version you buy, and it is yours to change. Ongoing development is quoted separately.
